1 cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 teaspoon Salt
2 pieces Eggs
1/4 cups NESTLÉ® Fresh Milk
2 tablespoons butter, greasing the lyanera
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, 250mL
1/3 cup NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada
1/4 cup ube extract
3 tablespoons melting cheese, grated
1 cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 teaspoon Salt
2 pieces Eggs
1/4 cups NESTLÉ® Fresh Milk
2 tablespoons butter, greasing the lyanera
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, 250mL
1/3 cup NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada
1/4 cup ube extract
3 tablespoons melting cheese, grated

STEPS

Step 1 Whisk flour, salt, eggs, NESTLÉ® Fresh Milk, and melted butter in a bowl until smooth. (5 minutes)
Step 2 Preheat a non-stick pan and pour enough batter to cover the bottom of the pan. Swirl and cook over low heat. Flip to cook the other side. Make around 7-9 pcs of crepes. Set aside to cool. (15 minutes)
Step 3 Whip NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada until light and smooth. Whisk in ube jam. (10 minutes)
Step 4 Assemble crepe cake by spreading whipped cream mixture on every piece of crepe. (10 minutes)
Step 5 Top crepe cake with grated cheese. Refrigerate overnight.
