INGREDIENTS

3 pieces young coconut, shredded and reserve coconut water
1/2 cup Sugar
1 sachet Pandan Flavor Gulaman Powder
2 pieces sinkers (boba pearls, nata de coco or coffee jelly)
1 can lychee in syrup, drain, cut into quarters and reserve syrup
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, 250mL
2/3 cup NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

STEPS

Step 1 Whisk 4 cups of coconut water, 1 cup of syrup from nata de coco, and 1 cup of syrup from lychee with sugar and gelatin. Bring to a full boil while whisking. Transfer on a pan and let it set. Cut into small cubes. (15 minutes)
Step 2 Combine gelatin with shredded coconut, nata de coco, and lychees. Pour NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada, and vanilla. (10 minutes)
Step 3 Mix well and refrigerate overnight. Transfer into serving bowl and serve well chilled. (Overnight)
