3 | pieces | buco, shredded and reserve coconut water, chilled |
1/2 | cup | Sugar |
1 | sachet | gulaman powder, buco pandan flavor |
2 | pieces | bottle green nata de coco, drained well |
1 | can | lychee in syrup, drain, cut into quarters and reserve syrup |
1 | packet | NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream 125ml |
2/3 | cup | NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada |
1 | teaspoon | Vanilla Extract |
Step 1 | Whisk 4 cups of coconut water, 1 cup of syrup from nata de coco, and 1 cup of syrup from lychee with sugar and gelatin. Bring to a full boil while whisking. Transfer on a pan and let it set. Cut into small cubes. (15 minutes) |
Step 2 | Combine gelatin with shredded coconut, nata de coco, and lychees. Pour NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada, and vanilla. (10 minutes) |
Step 3 | Mix well and refrigerate overnight. Transfer into serving bowl and serve well chilled. (Overnight) |
