INGREDIENTS

250 grams Elbow Macaroni
4 tablespoons butter, greasing the lyanera
1 head Toasted Garlic
2 cups Water
1 sachet MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g
1/4 teaspoon Ground Pepper
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, 250mL
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons chopped parsley

STEPS

Step 1 Boil spaghetti according to package direction. (10 minutes)
Step 2 Sauté garlic in butter. Pour pasta water and season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and pepper. Temper NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and pour back to the sauce. (10 minutes)
Step 3 Drain pasta and toss in the sauce. Transfer on a serving plate, top with cheese and parsley (optional), and serve. (5 minutes).
