INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup shredded tinapa
2 tablespoons Red Onion
3 tablespoons Calamansi Juice
1 tablespoon sliced spring onion
2 tablespoons kinchay, minced
1 tablespoon Garlic
1/4 cup melting cheese, grated
1 teaspoon Sugar
1 can NESTLÉ® Cream
1 To Taste Salt
1 To Taste Ground Pepper
1 long baguette, sliced thinly and toasted

STEPS

Step 1 Toast the tinapa in a pan without using any oil until golden in color.
Step 2 In a bowl, combine NESTLÉ® Milk Cream with the rest of the ingredients then mix.
Step 3 Serve on bread or crackers.
