INGREDIENTS

2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
1 head Toasted Garlic
1 piece Onion
1 cup Tomato Sauce
2 cups Water
1 teaspoon dry Italian herb blend
2 sachets MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g
1/2 teaspoon Ground Pepper
1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
4 tablespoons melting cheese, grated
500 grams penne pasta
500 grams shrimps, shelled and deveined
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, 250mL
1/4 cup picked basil leaves, rinsed and drained well

STEPS

Step 1 Sauté garlic and onion in oil. Pour tomato sauce and water. Add dry Italian herb blend and simmer for 10 minutes. Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap® , pepper, sugar, and cheese. Set aside. (15 minutes)
Step 2 Boil pasta according to package direction. (10 minutes).
Step 3 Stir in shrimp and NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream into the sauce and gently simmer. (2 minutes)
Step 4 Strain pasta and toss in the sauce with basil. Transfer on a serving plate and serve. (2 minutes)
