1 | tablespoon | Ginger |
1 | tablespoon | garlic, minced |
1/4 | cup | onion, minced |
2 | tablespoons | Taba Ng Talangka |
100 | grams | shrimp, peeled, deveined and butterflied |
1/4 | cup | Tinapa Flakes |
250 | grams | squid, sliced into rings |
1 | sachet | MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g |
1/2 | cup | NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, 125ml, chilled |
4 | cups | loosely packed cooked rice |
1/4 | cup | frozen green peas |
1 | sliced spring onion | |
1 | To Taste | fine salt |
Step 1 | Heat oil in a pan. Sauté ginger, garlic, and onions until fragrant. |
Step 2 | Stir in taba ng talangka, shrimps, tinapa flakes and squid rings. Cook until seafood changes in color or for about 3 minutes. |
Step 3 | Stir in MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and season with salt to taste. |
Step 4 | Pour in NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and continue cooking for another minute. |
Step 5 | Add rice and green peas. Mix well and continue to cook until rice is completely heated. |
Step 6 | Sprinkle with spring onion on top. Serve immediately. |
