INGREDIENTS

2 tablespoons Cooking Oil
1 tablespoon Ginger
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1/4 cup onion, minced
2 tablespoons Taba Ng Talangka
100 grams shrimp, peeled, deveined and butterflied
1/4 cup Tinapa Flakes
250 grams squid, sliced into rings
1 sachet MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g
1/2 cup NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, 125ml, chilled
4 cups loosely packed cooked rice
1/4 cup frozen green peas
1 sliced spring onion
1 To Taste fine salt

STEPS

Step 1 Heat oil in a pan. Sauté ginger, garlic, and onions until fragrant.
Step 2 Stir in taba ng talangka, shrimps, tinapa flakes and squid rings. Cook until seafood changes in color or for about 3 minutes.
Step 3 Stir in MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and season with salt to taste.
Step 4 Pour in NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and continue cooking for another minute.
Step 5 Add rice and green peas. Mix well and continue to cook until rice is completely heated.
Step 6 Sprinkle with spring onion on top. Serve immediately.
