1 tablespoon Olive Oil
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 sachet MAGGI® Magic Sarap®
250 grams salmon fillet, skinned and cut into bite-size pieces
1 1/2 cups 1 1/2 cup asparagus spears
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
1/2 cup chopped parsley
200 grams penne rigate, cooked al denté

1 To Taste Salt
1 To Taste Pepper

STEPS

Step 1 Heat olive oil and saute garlic and onions until limp.
Step 2 Stir in MAGGI® Magic Sarap® , salmon, asparagus, and lemon juice, giving a 30-second interval between each addition, one after the other.
Step 3 Stir in NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and parsley, and season to taste.
Step 4 Toss gently with pasta. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. Serve warm, garnished with lemon wedges.
