1 tablespoon Butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 piece onion, chopped
1 tablespoon All Purpose Flour
1/2 cup Water
1 packet 250ml NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream
1/2 sachet MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g
1/4 teaspoon Ground Pepper
1/8 teaspoon Nutmeg
4 pieces tomato, chopped
1/2 sachet MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g
1 teaspoon dry herb blend (optional)
2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
6 pieces small store bought pizza dough
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 tablespoons picked basil leaves, rinsed and drained well
1 tablespoon Butter, melted

2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
6 pieces small store bought pizza dough
1 cup grated mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese
2 tablespoons picked basil leaves, rinsed and drained well

STEPS

Step 1 Sauté garlic and onion in butter. Add flour and cook for 1 minute. Stir in water and NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream. Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®, pepper, and nutmeg. Set aside.
Step 2 Season tomato with MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and herb blend (optional). Place on top of pizza bread and drizzle olive oil. Top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Bake in the oven for 8 – 10 minutes or until golden brown.
Step 3 Cut into serving pieces. Pour cream sauce, top with basil, and serve immediately.
