1/2 cup Raisins

3 tablespoons Cream Cheese
1/2 cups Powdered Sugar
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, 250mL

1/4 cups All Purpose Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
3/4 cups rolled oats
1/2 cup Raisins
1/2 cup butter, greasing the lyanera
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
3 tablespoons Cream Cheese
1/2 cups Powdered Sugar
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, 250mL

STEPS

Step 1 Whip butter with sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla until light. Mix in eggs one at a time.
Step 2 Sift flour with baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Mix in with the wet ingredients.
Step 3 Add oats and raisins. Mix well and form into 3-tbsp size balls and refrigerate for 5 minutes to set.
Step 4 Arrange cookie dough balls on a sheet tray with 3 inches apart. Bake in a preheated 350°F oven for 10-15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the cookie. Set aside to cool completely.
Step 5 For the filling, whip butter, vanilla, and cream cheese for 2 minutes. Add powdered sugar and NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and continue to whip until light.
Step 6 Sandwich filling with 2 cookies and serve.
