2 | cups | NESTLÉ® Carnation® Evap |
1 | packet | NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, 125ml, chilled |
1 | cup | Cornstarch |
1 | cup | Sugar |
1 1/3 | cups | whole kernel corn |
Step 1 | Combine evaporated milk, NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, cornstarch and sugar in a pan. Whisk over low heat until cornstarch is fully dissolved. |
Step 2 | When mixture is smooth, thick and free of lumps, add corn kernel. Transfer into a mold. Cool, then refrigerate for 2 hours or until set. |
