150 | grams | Spaghetti |
2 | tablespoons | Butter, melted |
2 | teaspoons | annatto powder, dissolved in 2 tbsp of hot water (optional) |
2 | cloves | garlic, minced |
1 | piece | onion, minced |
3/4 | cup | 1 can of meatloaf, small diced |
1/2 | cup | Cold Water |
1 | packet | NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, 125ml, chilled |
1/2 | bar | melting cheese, grated |
1 | teaspoon | MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g |
Step 1 | Boil pasta according to package direction. (10mins) |
Step 2 | Combine butter and annatto seeds. Gently heat for 2 minutes. Strain and discard seeds. (3mins) |
Step 3 | Sauté garlic, onion and meatloaf in annatto butter. Stir in water, NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and ¾ of the grated cheese. Gently simmer. (10mins) |
Step 4 | Drain pasta and toss in the sauce. Transfer on a serving plate. Top with remaining cheese and serve. (2mins) |
