1 bag Beef Cuts

1/4 cup NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, 250mL
1 tablespoon chopped parsley

STEPS

Step 1 Simmer potato in water until very tender. Drain and mash to desired texture. (20mins)
Step 2 Melt butter in a pan and add garlic. Cook for 1 minute. Add mashed potato. Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Stir in NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and cheese. Cook for another 2 minutes. (5mins)
Step 3 Sauté beef in butter for 2 minutes. Strain and transfer on a serving plate. Top with parsley. (3mins)
Step 4 Add garlic, onion, and mushroom in the same pan. Cook for 5 minutes over medium heat. Add flour and cook for another 2 minutes. Stir in water and bring to simmer. (10mins)
Step 5 Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®, pepper and MAGGI® Savor Classic. Temper NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and pour back to simmering sauce. Purée until smooth. Transfer to a serving container and serve with beef and mashed potato. (10mins)
