1 roll prepared embutido
6 pieces to 8pcs pandesal, toasted

2 pieces tomatoes, sliced into rounds

1/2 cup NESTLÉ® Fresh Milk
1/2 cup NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, 250mL
1 teaspoon MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g
1 teaspoon Sugar

STEPS

Step 1 Slice embutido into 8 equal rounds. Set aside together with the other sandwich ingredients.
Step 2 Prepare white sauce by combining butter and flour in a saucepan. Cook until a thick consistency have been formed.
Step 3 Thin mixture by adding NESTLÉ® Fresh Milk slowly while whisking vigorously to dissolve lumps.
Step 4 Slowly pour in NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream. Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and sugar to taste.
Step 5 Assemble sandwich by putting lettuce on one side of the sliced pandesal, top with 2 slices embutido, tomato and onion slices. Drizzle with prepared white sauce and serve immediately with hot MILO® or a cup of NESCAFÉ.
