2 tablespoons Water
4 tablespoons melting cheese, grated
1 teaspoon MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g
1/8 teaspoon Ground Pepper
1/8 teaspoon Nutmeg
1 bag tenderloin steak, seasoned & grilled
1 piece Onion
1 piece Green Bell Pepper
2 tablespoons Water
2 tablespoons MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g
8 slices thick white bread
2 tablespoons butter, greasing the lyanera

STEPS

Step 1 Combine NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, water, cheese, MAGGI® Magic Sarap®, pepper and nutmeg in a pan. Gently simmer for 2 minutes. Set aside. (5mins)
Step 2 Sauté beef in a pan. Add onion and bell pepper. Cook for 2 minutes. Add water and cook for another 1 minute. Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Set aside for 5 minutes to cool. (5mins)
Step 3 Spread cheese sauce on the inside of the white bread. Add beef mixture to assemble sandwich. (5mins)
Step 4 Lightly butter the sandwich and toast in a dry pan until golden brown. Cut into serving pieces, transfer on a serving plate, and serve. (10mins)
