4 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 sachet MAGGI® Magic Sarap®
4 pieces Sliced Ham
4 slices cheese singles
1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
2 pieces eggs, beaten
1 cup Japanese bread crumbs
1 cup Vegetable Oil
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
1/2 cup Water
4 tablespoons melting cheese
1 teaspoon MAGGI® Magic Sarap®
1 tablespoon minced parsley
4 pieces boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 sachet MAGGI® Magic Sarap®
4 pieces Sliced Ham
4 slices cheese singles
1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
2 pieces eggs, beaten
1 cup Japanese bread crumbs
1 cup Vegetable Oil
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream
1/2 cup Water
4 tablespoons melting cheese
1 teaspoon MAGGI® Magic Sarap®
1 tablespoon minced parsley

STEPS

Step 1 Butterfly and flatten each chicken breast using plastic wrap. Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and set aside. (10mins)
Step 2 Place ham and cheese. Roll tightly and secure using the plastic wrap. Place in the freezer for 15 minutes. (30mins)
Step 3 To make the Creamy Cheese Sauce, mix NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, water, cheese and MAGGI® Magic Sarap® in a saucepan. Gently simmer while stirring. Set aside. (15mins)
Step 4 Remove plastic wrap from chicken breast. Roll lightly in flour, dip in beaten egg and coat with breadcrumbs. Set aside for 5 minutes. (10mins)
Step 5 Fry breaded chicken in preheated oil until golden brown. Transfer on a cooling rack to drain excess oil. Slice into serving pieces, transfer on a serving plate and top with parsley. Serve with Creamy Cheese Sauce. (15mins)
