Step 1 | Pre heat oven to 350ᴼF. (2mins) |
Step 2 | Combine NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, water, and butter in a sauce pot. Bring to a gentle simmer. Sift in the flour, sugar, and salt. Mix until a ball of dough is formed. Remove from heat. (15mins) |
Step 3 | Mix in eggs one at a time while mixing continuously. Transfer into a pastry bag with big, round piping tip. (5mins) |
Step 4 | Place parchment paper on top of a baking sheet tray. Pipe choux pastry to desired size with 1-inch spaces apart. Bake for 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and set aside to cool completely. (30mins) |
Step 5 | Whip chilled NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream while adding sugar gradually until double in size. Transfer into another piping bag with a star piping tip. Keep refrigerated until use. (10mins) |
Step 6 | Cut each choux pastry in half and pipe in the whipped cream filling. (5mins) |
Step 7 | Decorate using melted chocolate, sprinkles, and candies to make bunnies. Serve immediately. (15mins) |
