1/4 cup Sugar
1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/2 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
2 tablespoons NESTLÉ® Fresh Milk
1/4 cup NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, 250mL
3 pieces Egg White
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 teaspoon Vegetable Oil
1 tablespoon Powdered Sugar
3/4 cup NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, 250mL
6 tablespoons NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada
1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
3/4 cup NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, 250mL
6 tablespoons NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada
1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract

STEPS

Step 1 Whisk egg yolks with ¼ cup of sugar until light and smooth. Sift in flour and baking powder into the egg yolk mixture. Mix until well combined. Whisk in vanilla extract, NESTLÉ® Fresh Milk and NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream. (10 mins)
Step 2 In a separate bowl, whisk the egg whites with 2 tbsp sugar until stiff peaks. Fold into the egg yolk mixture until just combined. Do not over mix. (10 mins)
Step 3 Grease a small baking sheet with oil and line with parchment paper. Pour cake mixture, spread evenly and bake in a 320ᴼF preheated oven for 10 minutes. (15 mins)
Step 4 Remove from the oven and let it cool for 5 minutes. Dust the top with powdered sugar. Roll and set aside to cool for 30 minutes. (35 mins)
Step 5 For the filling and frosting, whip NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream until doubled in size. Gradually whisk in NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada and vanilla extract. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. (40 mins)
Step 6 Unroll the cake, spread half of the filling and roll. Spread the rest of the cream mixture on the outside of the roll. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Serve well chilled. (2h 15mins)
