INGREDIENTS

1 kilogram pork shoulder, cut into 1-inch pieces
2 sachets MAGGI® Magic Sarap®
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
3 tablespoons Calamansi Juice
3 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
1 piece Red Onion
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, chilled

STEPS

Step 1 Season pork with MAGGI® Magic Sarap® , pepper, soy sauce, sugar, and calamansi juice in a pan. Cover and simmer over low heat for 45 minutes or until tender. Strain and reserve cooking liquid. (50 minutes)
Step 2 Sauté pork in 2 tbsp of oil until light golden brown. Pour cooking liquid and NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream. Gently simmer for 2 minutes. (15 minutes)
Step 3 Sauté onion separately in 1 tbsp of oil. (2 minutes)
Step 4 Transfer Creamy Pork Steak on a serving plate, top with sautéed onion and serve. (2 minutes)
