INGREDIENTS

4 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
1 piece medium potatoes, cubed
1 piece small carrot, sliced ½-inch thick
500 grams Pork Kasim, sliced into cubes
250 grams Pork liver, sliced into cubes
2 sachets MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g
6 cloves garlic, crushed
1 piece onion, sliced
1/2 cups Tomato Sauce
1/2 cups Water
1 piece Bay Leaf
1/4 teaspoon Bay Leaf
1 tablespoon Brown Sugar
1 piece Red Bell Pepper
1/4 cup peas
3 pieces hotdog, sliced
4 tablespoons melting cheese, grated
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, 250mL

STEPS

Step 1 Sauté potato and carrot in 1 tbsp oil until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
Step 2 Season pork shoulder and liver separately with 1 sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Sauté pork and liver separately in the same pan. Remove and set aside.
Step 3 Sauté garlic and onion in oil. Pour tomato sauce and water. Add pork, bay leaf, pepper, and sugar. Simmer for 45 minutes.
Step 4 Add sautéed liver, bell pepper, green peas, hotdog, potato, and carrot. Simmer for another 10 minutes. Season with remaining sachet of MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Grate half of the cheese on the sauce and stir in NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream. Transfer on a serving plate, grate cheese on top, and serve.
