Step 1 | In a bowl, combine eggs, NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, sugar, vanilla powder, and melted butter. Mix well. Add raisins, cinnamon powder, and nutmeg. Whisk and then add cubed pandesal. Let bread sit in the mixture for at least 40 minutes. |
Step 2 | Brush the bottom of a baking pan with softened butter. Transfer soaked bread to the pan and bake for 30 minutes or until the top is golden brown. |
Step 3 | Vanilla Sauce: In a saucepan, combine NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, cornstarch, sugar, cinnamon, butter, vanilla powder, rum and milk. Bring to a boil and slightly thicken. Serve with bread pudding |
