1/2 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, 250mL
3/4 cup Water
2 pieces Eggs
2 tablespoons butter, greasing the lyanera
1/2 packets NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, 250mL
3 tablespoons Sugar
12 pieces OREO® crumbs
6 pieces OREO® crumbs
1 cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Sugar
1/2 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, 250mL
3/4 cup Water
2 pieces Eggs
2 tablespoons butter, greasing the lyanera
1/2 packets NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, 250mL
3 tablespoons Sugar
12 pieces OREO® crumbs
6 pieces OREO® crumbs

STEPS

Step 1 Sift flour, salt and sugar in a large bowl. Whisk in NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, water, eggs and melted butter. Strain and set aside for 5 minutes. (10mins)
Step 2 Preheat a non-stick pan and pour about ½ cup of the crepe batter. Swirl to spread batter evenly. Cook for 1 minute. Flip and cook for another minute. Cook the rest of the batter and set aside. (15mins)
Step 3 Whip NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream with sugar until stiff peaks are achieved. Mix in crushed Oreos. Transfer into a piping bag. (10mins)
Step 4 Fill crepes with whipped cream and top with more cookies and cream. Serve immediately. (10mins)
