INGREDIENTS

Chocolate Sauce
Whipped Cream
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1 tablespoon Butter
1/2 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, 250mL
1 tablespoon Sugar

STEPS

Step 1 For the chocolate sauce, place chocolate chips into a bowl. Place bowl on top of a sauce pan with gently simmering water. Melt chocolate and stir in butter until smooth. Set aside to cool. (10 mins)
Step 2 Whip the ½ pack of NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream with sugar until stiff peaks. Transfer into a piping bag and refrigerate until ready to serve. (10 mins)
Step 3 Dissolve instant coffee and MILO® powder to the hot water. Combine mixture with ice, ½ pack of NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and condensed milk in a blender. Blend well until smooth. (5 mins)
Step 4 Drizzle chocolate sauce on the side of serving glasses. Pour cream mixture, pipe whipped cream and top with MILO® powder. Serve immediately. (3 mins)
