INGREDIENTS

500 grams pork liempo cut into cubes
1/4 cup Soy Sauce
6 tablespoons Vinegar
6 cloves garlic, crushed
1 piece Bay Leaf
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
1/2 cups Water
1 tablespoon tausi (fermented salted black beans), rinsed
1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
1 sachet MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, 250mL

STEPS

Step 1 Combine pork belly, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic, bay leaf, peppercorn, sugar, water and tausi in a pot. Simmer while covered for 45 minutes. (50 mins)
Step 2 Strain pork and sauté in oil until golden brown. Pour cooking liquid and add MAGGI® Magic Sarap®. Simmer for 5 minutes. (10 mins)
Step 3 Stir in NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream. Gently simmer for another 2 minutes. Transfer on a serving plate and serve. (3mins)
