INGREDIENTS

1/2 cup Glutinous rice flour, mixed with 1 cup water
4 cups Cold Water
1 cup yellow sweet potato, diced
1 cup ube extract
1 cup saging na saba, diced
1/2 cup Ripe langka, shredded
1 cup Coconut Milk
1/2 cup NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada, chilled
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, 125ml, chilled
1 cup Medium white tapioca (sago)

STEPS

Step 1 Mix glutinous rice powder with ¼ cup water to make a dough. Add water as needed. Knead until smooth. Form into ½-inch balls and set aside. (15 minutes)
Step 2 Combine 4 cups of water, sweet potato, and ube in a pot. Simmer for 10 minutes. (15 minutes)
Step 3 Add saba, bilo-bilo, and langka. Simmer for another 10 minutes. (10 minutes)
Step 4 Pour coconut milk, NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada, and NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream. Stir in sago and bring to a gentle simmer. Transfer on a serving bowl and serve. (5 minutes)
