INGREDIENTS

8 pieces Eggs
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, 250mL
2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
1/2 tablespoons Mustard
1 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon Sugar
2 tablespoons sliced spring onion
6 slices whole Wheat Bread
3 pieces iceberg lettuce, torn into pieces
2 pieces tomatoes, sliced into rounds
1 piece red onion, sliced into rounds

STEPS

Step 1 Boil eggs in water for 12 to 15 minutes. Drain and rinse in cold water. Peel and coarsely chop. (20 mins)
Step 2 Mix chopped eggs with NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, mayonnaise and mustard. Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Add in spring onion and mix well. (5 mins)
Step 3 Sandwich egg mixture, lettuce, tomato and onion with toasted wheat bread. Cut into serving pieces and serve slightly chilled. (10 mins)
