1 | sachet | MAGGI® Magic Sarap® |
1 | cup | potato, cubed |
1/2 | cup | Green Bell Pepper |
1/2 | cup | Red Bell Pepper |
1 | cup | NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, chilled |
1/2 | teaspoons | Curry Powder |
1 | To Taste | fine salt |
1 | To Taste | freshly ground pepper |
1 | To Taste | Siling Labuyo, chopped |
Step 1 | Heat oil, sauté garlic, onions and ginger until limp. Add chicken and cook until it changes color. |
Step 2 | Add water and bring to a boil. Season with patis and MAGGI® Magic Sarap® |
Step 3 | Add the rest of the ingredients and NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and continue simmering until chicken is completely cooked and sauce thickens, about 20 minutes. |
Step 4 | Season to taste. |
