INGREDIENTS

3 tablespoons Cooking oil for frying
1 tablespoon Garlic
1/4 cup Onion
1 tablespoon Ginger
1 kilogram chicken halves
1/2 cup Water
1 tablespoon Patis
1 sachet MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g
1 cup medium potatoes, cubed
1/2 cup Green Bell Pepper
1/2 cup Red Bell Pepper
1 cup NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, 250mL
1/2 teaspoons Curry Powder
1 To Taste Salt
1 To Taste Ground Pepper
1 To Taste Siling Labuyo, chopped

STEPS

Step 1 Heat oil, sauté garlic, onions and ginger until limp. Add chicken and cook until it changes color.
Step 2 Add water and bring to a boil. Season with patis and MAGGI® Magic Sarap®
Step 3 Add the rest of the ingredients and NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and continue simmering until chicken is completely cooked and sauce thickens, about 20 minutes.
Step 4 Season to taste.
