1/2 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, 250mL
3/4 cup Water
2 pieces Eggs
2 tablespoons butter, greasing the lyanera
1/2 bar Cream Cheese
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, 250mL
2 tablespoons Sugar
1 cup All Purpose Flour
1/2 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Sugar
1/2 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, 250mL
3/4 cup Water
2 pieces Eggs
2 tablespoons butter, greasing the lyanera
1/2 bar Cream Cheese
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, 250mL
2 tablespoons Sugar

STEPS

Step 1 Sift flour, salt and sugar in a large bowl. Whisk in NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, water, eggs and melted butter. Strain and set aside for 5 minutes. (10 mins)
Step 2 Preheat a non stick pan and four about ½ cup of the crepe batter. Swirl to spread batter evenly. Cook for 1 minute. Flip and cook for another minute. Cook the rest of the batter and set aside. (15 mins)
Step 3 Whip cream cheese in a large bowl until light and smooth. Whisk in NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream until stiff peaks. Mix in powder sugar and continue to whip until smooth. (10 mins)
Step 4 Spread cream cheese filling on every crepe. Roll and transfer on a serving plate. Dust with powdered sugar and serve. (10 mins)
