1 piece onion, sliced
1 tablespoon garlic, crushed
500 grams Grounded Beef
1/4 cup chopped carrots
1/4 cup singkamas, julienned
6 slices white bread
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, 250mL
1 piece Eggs
1 sachet MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g
1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
1 Cooking oil for frying
2 tablespoons Butter
2 tablespoons All Purpose Flour
1 cup NESTLÉ® Fresh Milk
1/4 cup NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, 250mL
1 pinch MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g
1 teaspoon MAGGI® Savor Classic
1 To Taste freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup sliced button mushroom

STEPS

Step 1 In a big bowl, combine ingredients for burger patty. Mix well to fully incorporate. Set aside in the refrigerator for 30-45 minutes.
Step 2 Heat cooking oil. Scoop around ½ cup of meat mixture and form into a patty. Pan fry in hot oil for 3 minutes on each side or until desired doneness is achieved. Transfer on plates lined with paper towel to drain excess oil. Set aside.
Step 3 Prepare gravy by combining butter and flour on a heavy bottom pan. Thin by pouring in NESTLÉ Fresh Milk and NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream. Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap® , MAGGI Savor and pepper to taste. Stir in mushrooms. Simmer for 30 seconds.
Step 4 Serve prepared burger patties on top of steamed rice. Drizzle with gravy before serving.
