Step 1 | In a big bowl, combine ingredients for burger patty. Mix well to fully incorporate. Set aside in the refrigerator for 30-45 minutes. |
Step 2 | Heat cooking oil. Scoop around ½ cup of meat mixture and form into a patty. Pan fry in hot oil for 3 minutes on each side or until desired doneness is achieved. Transfer on plates lined with paper towel to drain excess oil. Set aside. |
Step 3 | Prepare gravy by combining butter and flour on a heavy bottom pan. Thin by pouring in NESTLÉ Fresh Milk and NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream. Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap® , MAGGI Savor and pepper to taste. Stir in mushrooms. Simmer for 30 seconds. |
Step 4 | Serve prepared burger patties on top of steamed rice. Drizzle with gravy before serving. |
