1/4 | cup | glutinous rice, rinsed well |
1 1/2 | teaspoons | Baking Powder |
1/2 | cup | Sugar |
1 | piece | eggs, beaten |

1 | packet | NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, 125ml, chilled |
2 | tablespoons | Butter, melted |
2 | pieces | Salted Egg |
1/4 | bar | melting cheese, grated |
2 | pieces | Salted Egg |
1/4 | bar | melting cheese, grated |
Step 1 | Preheat oven at 350ᴼF. (30mins) |
Step 2 | Sift rice flour, glutinous rice flour and baking powder together in a bowl. Add sugar, egg, melted butter and NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream. Whisk until smooth. (10mins) |
Step 3 | Grease 6 individual molds with butter and line with banana leaves. Pour bibingka mixture ¾ of the way. (5mins) |
Step 4 | Bake for 20 minutes. Add salted egg and grated cheese on top. Bake for another 5 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the middle of the bibingka. Serve warm. (30mins) |
