2 pieces Salted Egg, sliced
1/4 bar melting cheese, grated

STEPS

Step 1 Preheat oven at 350ᴼF. (30mins)
Step 2 Sift rice flour, glutinous rice flour and baking powder together in a bowl. Add sugar, egg, melted butter and NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream. Whisk until smooth. (10mins)
Step 3 Grease 6 individual molds with butter and line with banana leaves. Pour bibingka mixture ¾ of the way. (5mins)
Step 4 Bake for 20 minutes. Add salted egg and grated cheese on top. Bake for another 5 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean when inserted in the middle of the bibingka. Serve warm. (30mins)
