750 grams beef tenderloin strips
2 sachets MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
4 tablespoons Butter, melted
1 head garlic, minced
1 piece onion, chopped
2 cups can whole button mushroom, rinsed and quartered
2 tablespoons All Purpose Flour
1 1/2 cups Water
3 tablespoons Soy Sauce
1 packet NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream 125ml
1 tablespoon minced parsley

STEPS

Step 1 Season beef with MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and pepper. Sauté in oil in batches until golden brown. Remove and set aside. (10 minutes)
Step 2 Sauté garlic, onion, and mushroom in butter using the same pan. Add flour and cook for 1 minute. Stir in water and bring to simmer. (10 minutes)
Step 3 Add sautéed beef, soy sauce and NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream. Stir in parsley, transfer on a serving plate and serve. (5 minutes)
