INGREDIENTS

2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
6 cloves garlic, crushed
1 piece onion, sliced
250 grams freshly ground pork
1 cup Tomato Sauce
1 cup Banana Catsup
1 cup Water
2 sachets MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g
2 tablespoons Brown Sugar
400 grams Elbow Macaroni
1 piece NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, 250mL
4 tablespoons melting cheese, grated

STEPS

Step 1 Sauté garlic and onion in oil. Add ground pork and cook for 5 minutes. Pour tomato sauce, catsup and water, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes. Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and brown sugar. (20 minutes)
Step 2 Boil macaroni according to package direction. Strain macaroni and toss in the sauce. Transfer into a baking dish. (10 minutes)
Step 3 Pour NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and grate cheese on top. Bake in an oven or toaster until top is golden brown. Serve warm. (10 minutes)
