1 | small red bell pepper, diced | |
1 | To Taste | fine salt |
1 | To Taste | Cayenne pepper |
1 | To Taste | freshly ground black pepper |
6 | tablespoons | Vegetable Oil |
500 | grams | Dory fillet |
1/8 | cup | Water |
1/4 | packet | NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream 125ml |
10 | pieces | picked basil leaves, rinsed and drained well |
Step 1 | Slice the bell pepper into 4 and remove seeds. Season with salt, pepper and 2 tbsp of olive oil. |
Step 2 | Wrap the bell pepper in aluminum wrap and roast in a 200 degree C oven for 30 minutes. |
Step 3 | Sear the fish fillets in the oil, about 2 minutes on each side. Finish in the oven if necessary. |
Step 4 | Blend together roasted pepper, water, NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and basil leaves. Season with salt and pepper. |
Step 5 | Serve the fish with the sauce at the bottom. |
