|1||Red Bell Pepper|
|1||To Taste||fine salt|
|1||To Taste||Cayenne pepper|
|1||To Taste||freshly ground pepper|
|1/4||packet||NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, 125ml, chilled|
|10||pieces||picked basil leaves, rinsed and drained well|
|Step 1||Slice the bell pepper into 4 and remove seeds. Season with salt, pepper and 2 tbsp of olive oil.|
|Step 2||Wrap the bell pepper in aluminum wrap and roast in a 200 degree C oven for 30 minutes.|
|Step 3||Sear the fish fillets in the oil, about 2 minutes on each side. Finish in the oven if necessary.|
|Step 4||Blend together roasted pepper, water, NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and basil leaves. Season with salt and pepper.|
|Step 5||Serve the fish with the sauce at the bottom.|
