INGREDIENTS

1/4	cup	Mayonnaise
1	packet	NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, chilled
2	teaspoons	Mustard
1	sachet	MAGGI® Magic Sarap®
12	slices	Loaf bread
500	grams	boneless chicken breast
200	grams	Ham
3	pieces	Eggs
1/4	cup	NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, chilled
1/2	cups	Bread Crumbs
1		Cooking Oil

STEPS

Step 1	Combine the first 4 ingredients in a bowl. Spread on one side of each slice of bread.
Step 2	Top each bread slice with chicken and ham, followed by another slice of bread, more chicken and ham. Cut each sandwich into quarters and set aside.
Step 3	In a large bowl, beat eggs with remaining NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream. Dip mini sandwiches into this mixture then coat with breadcrumbs. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown. Drain using paper towels to remove excess oil.
