1 piece Cucumber, peeled, halved, seeded & sliced
1 piece Red Onion
6 pieces tomatoes, sliced into rounds
3/4 cup canned Black beans
3/4 cup Cornicks
1/4 cup Cilantro
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, 250mL
2 tablespoons White Vinegar
2 tablespoons Cilantro
1 teaspoon Toasted Garlic
1/4 teaspoon Cumin
1/4 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Honey
1 piece Cucumber, peeled, halved, seeded & sliced
1 piece Red Onion
6 pieces tomatoes, sliced into rounds
3/4 cup canned Black beans
3/4 cup Cornicks
1/4 cup Cilantro
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, 250mL
2 tablespoons White Vinegar
2 tablespoons Cilantro
1 teaspoon Toasted Garlic
1/4 teaspoon Cumin
1/4 teaspoon Salt
2 tablespoons Honey

STEPS

Step 1 Mix all ingredients of the dressing until well combined. Set aside in the chiller until ready to use.
Step 2 In a bowl, toss together cucumber, red onion, tomatoes, beans and cilantro. Transfer in a serving bowl.
Step 3 Pour cornicks around the salad. Top with a dollop of cilantro sour cream dressing. Serve immediately.
