6 | tablespoons | Butter, melted |
1 | packet | NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, 125ml, chilled |
1/2 | bar | cream cheese, diced and softened |
1/3 | cup | NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada, chilled |
1/3 | cup | NESTLÉ® Carnation Evap, chilled |
1/2 | teaspoon | annatto powder, dissolved in 2 tbsp of hot water (optional) |
Step 1 | Mix NESTLÉ Gold Honey Flakes with melted butter. Divide into 2 portions, Press 1 portion tightly at the bottom of a tray lined with parchment paper. Set aside. Reserve the other portion for topping. |
Step 2 | Whip NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream until stiff peaks. Whisk in cheese, NESTLÉ Carnation Condensada, NESTLÉ Carnation Evap and annatto extract. Spread on top of the tray and freeze overnight. |
Step 3 | Press the remaining portion of NESTLÉ Gold Honey Flakes with melted butter. Freeze for another 1hr. |
Step 4 | Remove from the tray and cut into serving pieces. Serve immediately. |
