6 tablespoons Butter, melted
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, 125ml, chilled
1/2 bar cream cheese, diced and softened
1/3 cup NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada, chilled
1/3 cup NESTLÉ® Carnation Evap, chilled
1/2 teaspoon annatto powder, dissolved in 2 tbsp of hot water (optional)

STEPS

Step 1 Mix NESTLÉ Gold Honey Flakes with melted butter. Divide into 2 portions, Press 1 portion tightly at the bottom of a tray lined with parchment paper. Set aside. Reserve the other portion for topping.
Step 2 Whip NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream until stiff peaks. Whisk in cheese, NESTLÉ Carnation Condensada, NESTLÉ Carnation Evap and annatto extract. Spread on top of the tray and freeze overnight.
Step 3 Press the remaining portion of NESTLÉ Gold Honey Flakes with melted butter. Freeze for another 1hr.
Step 4 Remove from the tray and cut into serving pieces. Serve immediately.
