1/2 kilogram boneless and skinless chicken thigh, cut into 1½- inch
1 sachet MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1/4 cup All Purpose Flour
3 pieces eggs, beaten

1 cup Vegetable Oil
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, 125ml, chilled
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 piece Red onion, minced
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1/4 teaspoon fine salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1 teaspoon Sugar
2 tablespoons minced parsley
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, 125ml, chilled

1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1/4 teaspoon fine salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
1 teaspoon Sugar
2 tablespoons minced parsley

STEPS

Step 1 Season chicken with MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and pepper.
Step 2 Coat well with flour, dip in beaten egg and coat with NESTLÉ Gold Corn Flakes . Set aside for 2mins. Dip again in egg and coat again with NESTLÉ Gold Corn Flakes.
Step 3 Pan fry chicken in preheated oil until golden brown. Set aside to drain excess oil.
Step 4 Pan fry chicken in preheated oil until golden brown. Set aside to drain excess oil.
Step 5 To make sauce, mix NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream, garlic, onion, lemon juice, salt, pepper, sugar and parsley. Transfer into a serving bowl. Serve with Corn Flake Crusted Chicken Nuggets.
