INGREDIENTS

500 grams store-bought Litson Baka, sliced
1 cup Pineapple Juice
2 cups Water
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons Cooking oil for frying
2 tablespoons garlic, minced
1 piece onion, sliced
1/2 cup Tomato Sauce
1 can Liver Spread
2 tablespoons Pickle Relish
1 sachet MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g
1 tablespoon Sugar
2 pieces Siling Labuyo, chopped
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, 250mL
1/4 cup melting cheese, grated

STEPS

Step 1 Tenderize beef in pineapple juice, water, salt and pepper. Allow to boil then simmer over low heat for at least 1 hour 45 minutes. When tender, drain and set aside. Reserve the broth.
Step 2 Heat cooking oil. Sauté garlic and onions until fragrant.
Step 3 Stir in tenderized beef. Add tomato sauce and the reserved broth. Continue simmering until slightly thickened.
Step 4 Add liver spread and pickles. Season with MAGGI® Magic Sarap® , sugar and siling labuyo. Add NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream and turn off the heat.
Step 5 Add grated cheese and stir until melted.
