INGREDIENTS

500 grams Chicken Breast Fillet
1/4 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 sachet MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g
1 teaspoon MAGGI® Magic Sinigang Original
2 tablespoons Sugar
1/4 cup Peanut Butter
1 tablespoon Patis

STEPS

Step 1 Marinate chicken in mixture of sugar, salt, MAGGI® Magic Sarap®, curry powder, and NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream for at least 1 hour.
Step 2 Pierce the marinated chicken together on bamboo skewers. Use marinade to baste chicken occasionally to prevent from drying. Grill for 5 minutes on each side or until chicken is fully cooked. Store in a covered container to keep warm.
Step 3 Serve with the prepared peanut sauce on the side.
