INGREDIENTS

1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, 250mL
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon sliced spring onion
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
500 grams Chicken Wings
1 sachet MAGGI® Magic Sarap® 8g
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup All Purpose Flour
1 cup Vegetable Oil
2 tablespoons Butter
2 tablespoons Sriracha Hot Sauce
1 tablespoon Honey

STEPS

Step 1 Mix NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, garlic, spring onion, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Set aside Garlic Cream Sauce by placing it in the refrigerator.
Step 2 Season chicken wings with MAGGI® Magic Sarap® and pepper. Coat well with flour and fry in oil until golden brown. Transfer to a cooling rack to drain excess oil.
Step 3 Melt butter in a pan and add hot sauce and honey. Toss in fried chicken wings and mix until well coated.
Step 4 Transfer to a serving container and serve with Garlic Cream Sauce.
