1 tablespoon Pandan Flavor Gulaman Powder
2 cups Water
1/4 cup Sugar
2 pieces young coconut, shredded and reserve coconut water
1 packet NESTLÉ® Carnation® Evap
2/3 cup NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada
2 cups shaved ice
1 tablespoon Pandan Flavor Gulaman Powder
2 cups Water
1/4 cup Sugar
2 pieces young coconut, shredded and reserve coconut water
1 packet NESTLÉ® Carnation® Evap
2/3 cup NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada
2 cups shaved ice

STEPS

Step 1 Combine gulaman powder with water and sugar. Bring to a gentle simmer. Pour into a container and set aside cool completely. Cut into cubes. (15mins)
Step 2 Shred coconut meat and transfer in a pitcher. (5mins)
Step 3 Pour NESTLÉ® Carnation® Evap, NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada, coconut water, ice cubes and Buco Pandan Jelly. Mix well and serve well chilled. (5mins)
