INGREDIENTS

12 pieces Graham crackers, crushed
3 tablespoons butter, greasing the lyanera
1 tablespoon Sugar
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, 250mL
1/3 cup Condensed Milk
1 piece Avocado, sliced
1/4 cup chopped cashew nuts

STEPS

Step 1 Mix graham crackers, butter and sugar. Lightly press at the bottom of a serving container.
Step 2 Whip NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream with NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada and ¼ of avocado slices.
Step 3 Pour cream mixture in the serving container and arrange ¾ of the avocado slices on top. Refrigerate overnight. Top with candied cashew or pili nuts and serve well chilled.
