1 packet NESTLÉ All Purpose Cream 125ml
1/3 cup NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada
1 piece ripe avocado, sliced
1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
18 pieces 130g store-bought eggnog cookies
9 pieces to 8pcs store-bought small white meringue cookies
1/4 cup toasted cashews, chopped

STEPS

Step 1 Whip NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream with NESTLÉ® Carnation® Condensada, ¼ of diced avocado, and vanilla extract until light and smooth. (10 minutes)
Step 2 Assemble cream mixture, diced avocado, eggnog, meringue, and cashews in tight layers in a container. (5 minutes)
Step 3 Freeze overnight. Serve well chilled.
