1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
10 pieces Lumpia Wrapper
2 cups Vegetable Oil
1 tablespoon All Purpose Flour
3/4 cup butter, greasing the lyanera
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, 250mL
4 pieces apple, peeled, cored and sliced
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
10 pieces Lumpia Wrapper
2 cups Vegetable Oil
1 tablespoon All Purpose Flour
3/4 cup butter, greasing the lyanera
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1 packet NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream, 250mL

STEPS

Step 1 Combine sliced apples, brown sugar and cinnamon powder together in bowl. Mix well. (10 mins)
Step 2 Fill lumpia wrapper with apple mixture and seal with flour and water mixture. (10 mins)
Step 3 Fry in preheated oil until golden brown. Transfer on a cooling rack to drain excess oil. (10 mins)
Step 4 For the caramel sauce, place butter, brown sugar, salt and NESTLÉ® All Purpose Cream in a sauce pan. Bring to a gentle simmer while stirring. Serve with freshly cooked Apple Turon. (10 mins)
